About Natalie Rios, Esq.
Natalie Rios, Esq. is a Brooklyn based criminal defense attorney who is admitted to practice law in New York & New Jersey, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
She received her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she wrote onto on Law Review and competed for the Trial Advocacy team.
After graduation, she started her legal career at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, where she gained experience in the Red Zone Trial Bureau, Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau, and Early Cases Assessment Bureau. She has handled criminal matters as minor as traffic infractions and as serious as attempted murders.
After leaving the DA’s office, she moved to private work, at first as an associate an immigration firm in Queens, and later starting her own practice.
Natalie is passionate about helping people and deeply cares about her clients, as well as the impact their cases may have on their loved ones and communities. In fact, she decided to become an attorney due to her own family’s unfortunate involvement in the criminal justice system.
