Julieta Martinez is from Cali, Colombia. She attended University Santiago de Cali, Business Administration (Class of 2008). With a Degree in Human Resources, focused on helping the community thanks to the work with the mayor's office of the city of Cali, Julieta helped the vulnerable community of street vendors by conducting research on the occupation of public space and verifying the services of the care system for the homeless population.

With the work at the Attorney General of the Nation in the city of Bogota and Cali, Julieta participated in internal work helping the implementation of quality and management policies training the entity's staff in the different cities of the country.
