My name is Jennifer Cruz. I was born and raised in Queens, NY. While I was in high school I was a freelance makeup artist, to me it brings a lot of happiness and joy knowing that people love my work as well as feel good about themselves. After graduating I started working at PLS Check Cashing, where I learned about Cash Management, Fraud detection & Prevention and Customer/Client services. I was responsible for training our customer service representatives, making sure they followed policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

One thing that is important to me is getting to know the customer/client, to better understand where I can help them out in their day or just to understand what they are going through. Now working at Claudio & Associates, P.C. As a billing specialist, I have learned so much more about Family law. I love being able to help our clients through these difficult times and better understanding their needs.
